CMAS Plus Service Billing [Data-Basics, Inc.]

The CMAS Plus Service Billing module works in conjunction with ServiceDispatch to invoice service calls and to track the cost and profitabilityof each service invoice. Once a call is complete, all information fromthe dispatch feeds directly into Service Billing. Parts, labor,subcontractor, and equipment cost and billing process are stored andautomatically calculated. Warranty and repair records are online for easyaccess. Invoices can be produced at any level of detail and areautomatically posted to Accounts Receivable.Other features of the Billing Module include:

Interfaces with all CMAS Plus accounting modules and Inventory.
Automatically calculates material, labor, subcontractor, and other

taxes and totals.

Tracks the history of maintenance work sorted by date.
Provides a list of scheduled maintenance work sorted by date.
Provides detailed analysis and profitability reporting for each

service invoice, as well as various service centers.
